OMG!!!!(一大早就用這麼多驚嘆號對心臟真是不好)

51歲,3個孩子的媽!?

她從今年1月開始bodyrock,每天早晨,12分鐘。
即便她右膝跟左肩有問題,所以她會改動作
雖然她之前花1~2小時在健身房,
但現在每天只花12分鐘
但看官們,你們瞧瞧,效果非凡呀!
她甚至還建議她28歲的兒子跟他媳婦一起bodyrock
他老公說她身材好比25歲的曼妙身材

窩的媽呀,不要說凍齡了
姊妹們,我們的目標是越活越回去啊 XD

BodyRocker Babe of the Day: Annabelle

"Hey Guys! (Freddie, Sean, Lisa-Marie, Lish & Haley).

I have been following Bodyrock for over a year now (watching videos and reading comments) but didn't really start trying out your workouts until this past January.

Since I saw few people posted their progress in their 40's, I figure I'll start a new decade.

I'm 51 and a mother of 3 kids and working out has always been a part of my daily regimen. I came across Bodyrock through YouTube one day and became my morning ritual watching your video workouts everyday... In January I finally decided to take the plunge (I figure it's a great month to start) I was hooked!!! I also did the February challenge... and when I finished that, I saw results and my endurance and stamina rocketed too. I saw muscles in my body I didn't know I have. The best compliment I got was from my husband saying "Hon, you have a "tush" (that's not the word his used) of a 25 year old and I'm not kidding" More importantly, it's a workout I don't dread doing. 12 Minutes!!! I used to spend 1.5 to 2 hours in my gym. Bodyrock is short, intense but the BEST part is it WORKS! Unfortunately, I have right knee and left shoulder problems so I have to do some modifications of some workouts, but even with that, I try to push myself to the max of my ability. I tell all my friends/family about Bodyrock. Matter of fact, I introduced my 28 year old son and his wife to try it and they are now Bodyrocking everyday. They Love it!

To those who haven't tried Bodyrock, I'd highly suggest you guys give it a go (as Lisa would say it). I love the workout. It was hard in the beginning but it gets easier as you build endurance. I'm 51 years old with shoulder and knee problem, so if I can do this... ANYONE younger than me CAN too! DON'T GIVE UP!!!
